Alden Grove is one of the newest wedding venues in the Grand Rapids area, and it honestly feels like a little pocket of calm tucked between rows of fruit trees. The whole property is open and airy, with the orchard surrounding you on every side- it gives the day this soft, natural backdrop that photographs beautifully without needing much added decor.

Ceremony and cocktail hour both take place outdoors right along the orchard near the tent which makes the flow of the day feel simple and intentional. Once the evening starts, the celebration moves under their sailcloth tent. It’s tall and bright and glows at sunset in the prettiest way- a dream for dinner, dancing, and all those in-between moments.

While Alden Grove doesn’t include a getting-ready space on site, most couples choose the Ada Hotel just down the road. It’s modern, clean, and close enough to keep the entire day in one area.
